Investigation Tupper Lake NY Home
Location: Tupper Lake NY
Evidence Found:
Slight Door Open
Comments:

The SP team investigated a home in Tupper Lake where the clients were very fearful with multiple claims of paranormal activity. Activity occurs frequently and occurs in all forms such as whispers of people names, objects falling off walls, shadow apparitions running between doorways, and cold spots.

Through a full nights investigation, the team did not find any evidence of shadow-like apparitions between rooms. We hypothesized that a beam from a car light could create what is known as shadow play on walls to make it appear as if a shadow is moving rapidly. Multiple tests were done to objects that had been displaced or thrown in the home, but none were successful in mimicking the claim. The team did find a video clip of a closet door slightly opening on its own accord, but we are leaning towards a possibility of this being the difference in air pressure when another door in the home is closed, which may account for some possibilities of door shaking.

One investigator also felt a slight touch on the leg followed by a cold spot. While the touch on the leg was unusual, the cold spot we determined to have possibly come from a draft as we discovered air coming into the home through windows in the master bedroom. All other claims, both audible and visual, did not have any data to support or refute them. From the information gathered, if there is any paranormal activity, it is both very minimal and nonthreatening.
